Drop Shipping Terms & Conditions

1. Drop shipping is available exclusively to approved retail customers with active wholesale accounts.
2. A flat $5 handling fee applies to each drop-ship order.
3. Shipping costs are calculated when the order is packed and ready to ship. We will send the shipping cost to you for approval prior to shipment. Orders will not be dispatched until the shipping cost is paid.
4. Orders are generally processed within three (3) business days; however, processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to product availability.
5. All returns must be authorized by us in advance. Returns due to buyers’ remorse are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
6. Any claim for defective or damaged items must be reported to Vagabond Vintage within five (5) business days of receipt. Failure to report within this period will result in denial of the claim.
7. Please ensure all customer shipping addresses are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. We do not communicate directly with the end customer. Retailers are responsible for all customer communication, including order status updates, tracking, and customer service.
9. Orders will be shipped without our invoice or packing list. Retailers may provide custom packing slips if arranged in advance.

By placing a drop-ship order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
