Refund policy

RETURNS/DEFECTS/NO WARRANTIES:  Any claim for defective merchandise or missing items must be reported to Vagabond via telephone (404-351-6484) or email (vagabond01@vagabondvintage.com) WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER.  Failure to report within five days will negate your claim.  Vagabond does not accept returns on first quality wholesale merchandise for any reason. Any and all returns must be approved.  CLEARANCE AND SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL, WITH NO RETURNS ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Any merchandise returned without a return authorization will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  No shipping charges are refundable.  PC Hydraulics (USA), Inc DBA Vagabond Vintage is a wholesale distributor and not a manufacturer. VAGABOND VINTAGE LEGALLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES. This means that Vagabond does not guarantee or offer any form of warranty on our products for any reason. This “no warranty” policy includes the manufacturers and distributors involved in our purchasing process. When you purchase from Vagabond Vintage you hereby agree to this portion of our terms and conditions as well.
